Legalize NOW. Stolen Gun (not just guns) seemed to elevate this case for me. However, unless it can be proved he stole it, then he was never going down hard. No time to get into the right to bear arms, but they have a right to have firearms.

Still many want to criticize Auburn because 4 players were in the car with less than one MaryJane Cig and that became a federal case on this forum and Al.com. (Yes, I believe Alabama media is very biased, they play to the majority of the state, smart business)

DA's dumb arse quote is really bad for all- makes legal system seem pointless, further pushes the idea that has been around for years of backwoods corrupt LA politics, and starts the crap being thrown that bama had a hand in the decision. Not saying bama did - there will be plenty of posters, bloggers, and hack journalists making that argument.

Also way it was delivered - lack of evidence - but really it was bc I didn't want to for personal beliefs - which makes it sound even worse.
