That's correct. They actually decreased the size of the stadium at the rebuild, with the purpose of creating really good season tickets. If you don't have a season ticket, and you're not a student who manages to get a ticket, then you're going to pay through the nose to get in a big game. And for the smaller game, there are way too many unused season tickets. It's hurt the atmosphere, I think.

But it has done what the athletic department wanted; it allowed lots of money to come into the program, because if you want to be assured of tickets, you have to buy season tickets.

Every school that sells out season tickets has that problem.

LSU publishes Paid & Actual Figures, whereas State publishes Actual, I think...
