SEC will gain from Baylors struggles. Top kids will look hard at SEC schools. A&M coaching uncertainty will also benifits other SEC schools. Sorry Aggies.

Can't recall ever feeling Baylor was a threat to LSU's recruiting efforts, sorry.
They'll continue to be a non-factor.

Alabama hasn't had any trouble recruiting the state of Texas.

OU, TCU, and TX are who's going to benefit from Baylor's struggles.

TCU will likely be the biggest winner, given its proximity to Baylor. Both are obviously private schools, as well.

He's right, but only because A&M normally is only looking at 3-4 of the Baylor signees each year.
Texas will benefit this year, because they are a dumpster fire. They've already lost 6 kids to transfer and more will leave this fall. Rumors are that 3 commits won't qualify academically. They were just taken to boost recruiting rankings. You can't do this any longer in the SEC, because of the more strict recruiting rules.
Over the long term the lower tier schools in the Big 12 will benefit along with Arkansas. A&M may get 1-3 additional kids which will bump it back up to the top 12-15 rankings consistently.

I think Texas will be the biggest winner (especially if they have a decent season, which they will). Baylor's recruiting philosophy was entirely derived on selling the notion to recruits that Texas and OU were has-beens and fading powers, and that Baylor was the new BIG XII master.
When Baylor won back to back conference titles, that notion was reinforced in the minds of recruits in Texas. OU winning the BIG XII and stomping Baylor on their home field blew the first big hole in their image and recruiting philosophy. This scandal will blow the hull in half and send the wreckage sinking to the bottom.
I say the SEC won't benefit because Baylor isn't winning recruiting battles against the SEC aside from 1 or 2 ATM prospect per year, at max. Who Baylor battles for their recruits is Texas, OU, and TCU, in that order. And to some degree, OSU. Those are the teams that will benefit most.

looks like Auburn will be the clear winner of this. Crystal balls rolling in for Mond, Ausbon and Hezekiah Jones to Auburn.
The first 2 should commit sooner than later. Jones should visit within a few weeks and we'll have a better sense of his recruitment after that.

Baylor was the biggesy beneficiary of A&M leaving the Big 12.
25 of Baylor's 63 conference titles have come since A&M left.

In the short term this benefits the other schools in the Big12. It could be very damaging to the conference in the long term.

Dumb statement. Waco is 90 miles from College Station.
