Pretty much this with the exception of Baylor reverting back to the mean post Briles. They've built a nice program (for Baylor) with nice facilities and an entire town 120% behind them. They can remain relevant with or without Briles. They might dip but they won't go into a freefall.
And I'm not even sure they're 4th best. Taco Tech might have something to say about that.
