As an overall athletic department, we have. That's why you see us dominating LSU (and all other SEC school not named Florida and not relying almost solely on a strong track program) in total number of conference championships since we've been in the conference.

We haven't made the jump in football yet, but we've never truly been an elite national player in terms of support, money, and facilities until just 4 years ago. That's why we had to travel to BR for like 20 straight years just to play LSU back when we were an all-male military school.

A&M has pumped money and facilities into that football program many times over the decades. They are always overshadowed by Texas and that's the only problem they have. But it's not going to change so....
