I'm gonna go out on a ledge here and say the rally possum streak ends and LSU doesn't sweep Florida. Crazy, I know
.
So in that scenario, I am just hoping for a 2-1 series win. Therefore, I will be supporting Texas A&M this weekend, hoping to pass Ole Miss for the #4 slot in the SEC tourney.

please. All we have to do is sweep florida, have ole miss win exactly 2 of 3, have arkansas win 2 of 3 on the road at state despite losing 10 straight, and have bama win a game against south carolina and we are sec champions alone.
it's basically gift wrapped.

According to my weather app, it looks like we wont be playing ball tonite. In case of a rainout, tonite, can 2 9 inning games be played tomorrow, or will it be a 7 inning game doubleheader on Saturday?...we really need to play 27 innings this weekend.

I really wish Arky had won Tuesday. 10 straight is a lot of games, 13 seems just improbable.

Good luck Aggs.
I was toying with the idea of going over for the game on saturday. Is General Admission basically standing on the councourse/near the outfield?

This was yesterday's update. We may be able to get it in, but it'll be late, not at 6.
If they can't get it in today, I would expect a double header tomorrow (9 inning). If we cannot get 2 in tomorrow then Sat will have to be 7 inning games.

aTm is the better team. I think shorter games help even the field a little. With a shorter game, hopefully you can get an early lead and get short and stokes in the game

Ole Miss does a lot of damage in the 7th 8th and 9th innings. I'm just hoping for 3 9 inning games, and let the chips fall where they may.

Well while you're hoping, hope for 1 win to help us. We'll put in a good word to the NCAA for you haha

So a quick starter and do a lot of damage late. Yall must be good.

STRIKING EARLY
Ole Miss wastes no time striking first, outscoring the opposition 52-23 in the first inning. The Rebels have scored in the opening frame 23 times this season, posting a 20-3 record in those ballgames. The first three innings are the Rebels' best in terms of outscoring the opponent. Ole Miss has recorded a combined 137 runs in the first three frames, while only giving up 71 runs through the first third of the game for a +66 advantage. The second inning is the team's best inning offensively, tallying 53 runs. On the mound, Ole Miss has surrendered just 20 runs in the third inning of contests.
