Except Dooley actually had talent to work with when he came in and left the cupboard bare when he left. But I wouldn't expect a person who consider jorts high fashion capable of critical thinking.

Muschamp inherited a stacked roster and Butch inherited a dumpster fire.
Butch never went 4-8 or lost to an FCS opponent. Muschamp also got 4 seasons before being fired. Butch is going into his 4th season.

Dooley started his first season with No QBs that had been on campus the season prior. A freshman QB (Bray), and JC transfer (Simms).
Lots of the great talent Dooley started with were brought in by some shady means by Kiffin. The roster, and locker room environment that Dooley started with was way worse than Jones. "Star Count" is not everything once you get the players all together in the locker room mixed with recruits of 3 different coaches.
Things would have been totally different for Dooley if Kiffen hadn't pulled Taj Boyd and/or Bryce Petty's scholarships.

Stop. There really is no comparison. Dooley had the coaching ability of Simple Jack and Butch has an awesome butch haircut.
