I'm not disagreeing with you, but I would like to know the facts before jumping to conclusions. This just happened a few hours ago, there could be extenuating circumstances we aren't aware of.

Smoking and possession of a bag of pot and stolen handguns in a parking lot at 4am... I don't expect any good excuses to surface.

Which facts are going to change your mind? They are charged with possession of things that they possessed. This isn't a domestic dispute or questionable DUI arrest. Short of corrupt police planting the items, they're screwed.
