For the SEC, I really enjoyed watching the Tennessee band play the LSU alma mater to us (visitor's section) then forming the "T" for the team to run out of. When I was a student, aving the Auburn eagle fly directly (maybe 10ft above us) overhead was also pretty damn cool.
Went to Midnight yell. The jokes were lame, but it was neat to see that many people the night before. Did not understand the weird push and nearly get tackled thing.
When I was at Georgia Southern (I was at Ben Hill when we beat Florida) they have a tradition of taking Freedom, our eagle, and hoisting him up in front of the student section. That is always cool.

"My Old Kentucky Home" on Senior Day is the greatest tradition in college sports.
Of course, we don't have seniors anymore.

Ohio State dotting the I is probably the coolest I've ever seen in person.

The best was the Bonfire.
It's one of those "you have to actually go there to really appreciate it" things (except that you can't anymore in this case), like Manhattan or the Hoover Dam. It was massive in person and the really astonishing thing was how far away you could feel the heat coming off of it.

LSU's tradition of insanely hot women really does it for me, personally.

I am partial, but the eagle flight before Auburn games is the always awesome.
Have to also give credit to Mr. Two Bits at UF.

Outsiders never get this. Burning was secondary to the building.

I agree with the OP though, Auburn's War Eagle flying around the stadium is one of the cooler things I've seen at a college football game.

Power T, Band Charging Filed and Eagle at Auburn, LSU's incestuous and drunken orgies in the tailgaiting area.

Too young. Saw it burn in person as a kid. Fell a couple of years before I got there.

I will admit I like the LSU alma mater.
Also, a Saturday night game in debt valley truly is something special. Gives me the chills.
I had to throw the subtle flame in there. I can't help it.

Going to agree that the Auburn Eagle flying was amazing.
Florida's Gator Chomp is pretty impressive when it gets going too.
Alabama used to play this awesome pregame video with historical clips and Bear Bryant talking over it that was impressive as well, not sure if they do it anymore (2007 was my last game in T-Town).

Just wait until the LSU-A&M game is for the SEC West title or something big. It will be on an entirely different level

I think the Seminole throwing the flaming spear is pretty cool.

Not tied to a certain school, but I love the hospitality during troubling times through all the schools.
LSU and Vandy especially get some recognition from me. LSU was awesome during the floods in Columbia. And Vandy contributed as well
