you're a real dumb arse if you think our civilization survived the Bush Jr presidency. if you had even a smidgeon of objectivity you would go back and see what Bush inherited (balanced budget, peace dividend, no wars, low unemployment, etc, etc) and how he and his devastated the country. he managed to allow drug prices to triple, was on watch on 9/11, start an unnessary was with Iraq (that's still draining our treasury), give birth to ISIS and implode the economy.
