You do realize Carroll was fired like twice in the NFL before finding success? Saban stayed two years and got out.

Yeahhh... Russell Wilson > Daunte Culpepper. Had Saban gotten his way and the team docs approved of Brees, we could very well be talking about Saban being a great NFL coach.
