Nutt couldn't recruit worth a shite. Once a good majority of Orgeron's developed recruits left, Nutt had no prayer

Cutcliffe would be one.

Holtz would definitely be another, but it wasn't for lack of success, but he had trouble working under Broyles, which others also had.

Richt remains to be unknown, but personally I will probably be rooting for Miami to succeed. Smart may not prove to be an upgrade.
