They don't use as much sauce. For some reason every other branch seems to covet that stuff like it is gold. The original pours it on like they're supposed to. I pretty much always have to tell the ones here in Bham to put an extra squirt of sauce on it and pump the steamer three extra times. Kids these days just don't know.

Momma G's is an Auburn institution but I have no idea how the franchises survive.

I spent many an awesome night playing pool or drinking pitchers, but the food is not good, and never has been. When Hurricane Ivan came through and the restaurants were all closed, Momma G's opened for a bit. I opted to starve, if that tells you anything.
