I would disregard everything this poster says about Dudy Noble from here on out as his jimmies have been rustled because he has been priced out.
Plus, Mr Smartass - are you aware that there are 3 sets of condos being built a stone throw from campus? The cheapest is $180,000 over in the Research Park, one on Russell across from the Marriott for about $250,000 or the cottages behind me for $240,000 up to about $300,000? What makes more sense? Lease for $50,000 per year forever for a Loft or buy a condo less than a mile from campus? Math doesn't work and Scott figured that out.
