2nd highest finish in school history.

Happy for our team, but damn that is embarrassing.

Not to jinx the baseball season or softball season... but if they hold steady, and football and i guess (volleyball is the womens sport doing football?) ends the reason ranked that would be every team mens and womens in the big 3 ranked. We are on track to do that. Have we ever done that before at A&M? Is our volleyball team any good? Do we have a volleyball team?

The volleyball team won the SEC this year

Judging which sports are most important after Football/Basketball is hard though. Cap One Cup puts the top women's sports as Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Lacrosse, Softball, Outdoor Track & Field. We're obviously really good at all those but Lacrosse which we don't field.

The top men's sports per C1C are Soccer, Football, Basketball, Lacrosse, Outdoor Track & Field, and Baseball.

it is in many ways. Unfortunately, the fact that this thread can sit here for days with very little response epitomizes Aggie attitudes towards hoops.

I guess I don't see it, I am proud of what the team accomplished. I don't know what else there is to say though.

You think our fans are going to jump at the chance to admit they were wrong?

I took Farmer to mean it's embarrassing that 12th is the 2nd best finish in school history

I mean...not much else to discuss about this season. We won't give a shite again until, what, December?

I loved this team. They crushed my preseason expectations. Since I started really following A&M bball (05) the program has been solid to good. it is just our history in general that is kind of meh. 1 ever top 10 finish. 0 FF. 0 E8. 2 W16.

I guess I don't know what we should expect out of the program then. Hell I am still basking in the afterglow of what was a top season for us. I mean we represented the SEC better than anyone. We finally added our little bit to the cause.
