This years team had veterans. Lee, poythress, ulis to a degree. Mixed with high recruits. He didn't do as well with this team. Coach cal could never do what Wisconsin does to win. But that isn't a criticism. He's a heckuva a coach that just gets loads of young talent

I could have sworn he did exactly what "Wisconsin does" at Memphis and U MASS numerous times, or did you forget?

Look I'm not a UK fan by any means but the man took UMASS and Memphis to national championships
he was 193-71 at UMASS and had a 35-2 final four season.
He won 38 games in a single season at Memphis making him the winningest coach in a single season in ncaa history.He's still the winningest coach in Memphis history. He went 252-69 while there.
The man can flat out coach and what he's doing now is simply adapting to what the rules allow. I think if the rules shifted he'd do just fine since he's done it in the past.
