You talk like your assumptions about Ben Simmons' academic situation are fact.

LSU sat him during a game for academic reasons and then the Wooden stuff came out today.

How many one and dones at other programs have done the same?

Cal has had former Kentucky players from Pitino/Tubby/Gillispie come back to finish their degrees. He works with the guys who leave early to get them to continue their pursuit of a degree in the offseason as well. But since he doesn't kiss the media's butt, it doesn't fit their narrative so it doesn't get put out there.

Carmello Anthony is one.

The basis for your argument is that Simmons is damaging LSU's APR. The NCAA requirement for freshmen eligibility is a 1.8. The Wooden requirement is a 2.0. Hypothetically, what if Ben Simmons currently has a 1.9?
