Floridians, who is Carson Proctor?

He is a 2016 recruit from Vero Beach High, and uncommitted. He is visiting Fayetteville soon and looks like a player. Anyone know anything about him and why a 6'4 QB with a good arm only has offers from a couple of tiny/ivy league schools?

I think he is Mr. Proctors son. Not sure though.
