The Tennessee Lady Volunteers are out of the Associated Press women’s basketball rankings for the first time in more than three decades.
Tennessee (16-11, 7-7 SEC) had its streak of 565 consecutive weeks in the AP women’s basketball rankings snapped on Monday. The Lady Vols had been ranked in the poll dating back to Feb. 17, 1985.

She's shitting on everything Pat built. Dave Hart needs to fire her arse. Not kidding, exaggerating, or whatever - she needs to go!

so basically they've fallen in line with what is normal for the other Tennessee sports programs

She has a .700+ overall winning percentage. Maybe its just a bad year?
I mean, nobody is going to replicate what Summit has done. I say give her time

Pretty incredible run. The women's game is quite a bit different than it was though with Pat, so much more competitive as a whole than it was not that long ago.

Geno is laughing at this thought.

I was not saying that in terms of UCONNs dominance. I was referring to the number of programs that now have become more invested in women's basketball as a whole. UCONN's dominance of the game overall is unquestionable obviously.

Holly = Dooley. Except Dooley never had a roster full of 5*s and All-Americans lose to a team that had to beg for walkons just so they could field a team.

Holly Warlick is the women's version of Johnny jones. Maybe worse.

Same thing that happened to Louisiana Tech once Leon Barmore retired. Only Tech has yet to recover. And I'm sure Tyler Summit will be at Tennessee soon enough.

That's a hell of a run, but they should have been out weeks ago.
