Its really not so cut and dry and its pretty weak to just automatically assume his mooning defense is 100% correct when the guy he claims to have mooned flat out denies Manning's version of the events. On top of that, the only recollection he had of her having a vulgar mouth at any time was again completely denied by the other witnesses he placed there.
