The timing of this, in the wake of Jameis Winston's accuser pulling in nearly a million dollars from FSU in the Title IX case in Tallahassee is not unnoticed.

Apples and Oranges.
In the case of Winston, it was one woman as an accuser.
In this case, there are multiple women who are stepping forward.
Further, the Feds were looking at UT as of last year
