Watch the videos. You don't see many 5'11"- 6'0" college/NBA players with his hops and catching alley-oop dunks. Kid has great explosion and agility along with hands.
He starts at guard for in the #2 high school baskteball team in Alabama....they are ranked #21 in the nation.

Though he'll likely never be in it, I think Ruggs would be a fantastic fit for Kiffin's offense.
