I can see why we want him at TE though. Odom wants a more physical presence from that spot, and he can bring that. Our other TE in this class is more of a flex guy.
Just think Scales has a higher ceiling at DE, but happy to have him either way.

TBH I was shocked Bama had offered him in the first place. I don't think he ever would have seen the field for y'all. Works for everyone.

I think it's been the case of Bama shooting low to assure positions early, then dropping them later when they look good for better players.
