I think he wants Cowboys and I could see him working out there.
I would be curious how he'd do at Carolina learning from Cam.
Honestly, I havnt followed the NFL since the Oilers were a team, so obviously, I'm out of the loop.

If I were him I'd want to go to Pittsburgh.

Bills, all day.
What's best for him? New England.

While I'd love for him to go to the Texans, Pittsburgh would also be great for him, but Landry F'in Jones actually played ok for them last year.
I think a big thing would be to be able to sit as a backup for a year and not be required to carry a franchise immediately. Basically, get used to being a pro.
I'm not an NFL watcher, but will definitely look in at whatever team picks him.

SF would be a pretty good place. Getting with a coach that knows a bit about dual threat QBs would be a good thing.

Wherever this guy is coaching.

I think he'd be a great fit for the Chargers. He can learn under a fairly older Phillip Rivers who shares many of the same qualities as Dak in an offensive similar to the one San Diego runs. Will more than likely buy his jersey wherever he goes.

Saints. Learn under Brees for 1-2 years then take the reigns.

Honestly that would be probably the best place for him. Sitting and learning behind Alex Smith and having a coach that works by using the talent of the players.

As someone born and raised in Pittsburgh, I really hope that happens. If I have to watch Landry Jones take another meaningful snap, I'll lose it.

With the Cowboys' QB woes and Romo's lack of durability, I'm not sure he would sit out for long. I think other teams would be a better fit, given the delusional expectations in Dallas.
Some of the projections have him going as late as the 6th round, but that seems way too late. I just hope he doesn't go to Philly.

Outside of the two years he has broken his collar bone he has missed a total of 3 games.

Dallas would be a perfect fit. People that are ignorant of Romo's career and injury history talk out of their arse regarding Romo, but he is a established QB who will be the starter for 3-5 more years in Dallas. Perfect for a young QB with talent to come in and learn from.
The Cowboys would have been in the same spot as they were last year if Romo wouldn't have gotten hurt. The expectations aren't delusional.

There or the Patriots and I would hate myself.

Not sure if he's talking out of his arse, but Aikman has been the most vocal.
And it's not the collar bone. It's the back issues, which are really the highest cause of concern. Because disc problems are often so difficult to fully repair.
As for delusional fans, I live here. They're as delusional as any I've ever seen. I love Jerry World and what it does for the surrounding area, but the Cowboys will never win another title with Jones as owner.

I haven't heard what you are referring to, but coming from Aikman it wouldn't surprise me. Troy is overly critical of the Cowboys, just so that he doesn't sound biased. Again, I still don't know what you're referring to in terms of what he has said against Romo.

I agree back issues are a great cause for concern but how many games has he missed because of his back?

More than you might think...
Tony Romo Injured Reserve

Did you seriously just link the injury report?
He's missed a total of 2 games. A player doesn't miss games every time he's listed on that report.
Nah, I know my Cowboys a lot better than you do apparently.

I know that. What I was trying to say was that the residual aspects of the back surgery might be longer lasting than the clavicle injury. Since we were both putting the injuries in perspective.
Sorry I didn't word that better.
