The AFC title game went down to the last play just as the NFC game was kicking off.

He was playing in the game, not eating nachos in his den you idiot.

So an announcement wasn't made in the stadium. One of the assistants didn't let the team know on the sideline. They didn't find out at half time?

Probably not and it's ridiculous how some of you nitpick everything he says.

The game is in two weeks. I bet the coaches do everything they can to prevent the team from finding out about the other game.

Announcement was likely made in the stadium (didn't get to watch much of the game), but I'm pretty sure the coaches wanted the team as dialed in on this game as possible, and that includes halftime and the second half. You win this game, nothing else matters, you are going to the Superbowl.

When the Saints play in just a regular season game, Brees pretty much focuses on every aspect of his game at all times. Looking at formations, coverages, etc.
