But its not racist. (Or at least not where I grew up) It may be demeaning and a way to belittle someone, but its not racist. You can call a white guy "boah" just like you would call an African American a "boah". It can be used on any person of any race in order to disrespect their intelligence and/or maturity. White, black, Asian or Hispanic...it doesn't matter. I don't know what kind of fricked up shite you Southerners use to disrespect African Americans, but "boah" is universal. Just like stupid, idiot, and pendejo.

I get that but there's some extra meaning to it sometimes though.
