What do they actually do at practice?? I realize we are short on actual Div 1 talent, some of that is Anderson's fault from last years class. Anderson would be the worst hire EVER at Mizzou if it were not for Frank Haith.

The reason Mizzou sucks so bad is because you have the 2 worst hires of all time back to back.

Its amazing the lack of fundamentals. When you lack for talent....you need to be a fundamentally sound team

Kim plays WAY too many players.

Isabell and Woods are f*cking terrible. They should never play. Isabell is a ball hog with a piss poor attitude.

Puryear and VanLeer don't play enough.

I said it in another thread but Kim Anderson should walk out to mid court and commit seppuku over the tiger logo. Truman will be standing beside him to decapitate his dishonorable arse with a Katana after Kim sticks a Kunai deep in his own gut.

Shameful display...

For a supposed shooter, when was the last time Van Leer actually hit a big shot? He's too slow to guard at the P5 level, and if he can't hit any 3s why does he play?

CVL would be really good playing off of a great big or on a team with multiple scorers. As it is Mizzou has neither of those on the roster. So he is rarely open.

Didn't get to watch tonight. But he was O-for his last four games I think prior to tonight.

He's been struggling but he's had a lot of shots rimming out. Happened to him 3 times tonight.

He's not a guy that's going to get much on his own, but on a better team with more ball movement I could see him being quite effective.

I also think he's a little better athletically than people think.

Big shot? I'd submit never. And I agree. Said it from his days being recruited, he's not a high major player. He played at a school that doesn't play squat for competition.

Haith was light years better than Anderson. KA has absolutely no clue.

I think Cullen should actually be getting a lot more minutes. Kid will hit some big shots here at Mizzou.

I don't. He should be getting less. Once Walton figures out what he's doing and/or Namon puts forth effort on defense, he won't see any appreciable minutes for a long time.

Need an outside threat from the wing and Wright last night missed some wide open treys at important times.

CVL hasn't shown he can hit those consistently either, and he's such a liability on defense you can't have him out there for long. Very one dimensional player unfortunately.

KA is trying to play that Norm Stewart half court game, but his talent are more slashers that are geared for a more uptempo game. Sort of like the style Haith played in his first year. But, they would still need to hit some of their outside shots.

I disagree, I think along the lines of Jesus as far as him athletically as well. I'd actually like to see him have more minutes and play with Clark and Phillips more. Isabell often holds the ball too long when he needs to be moving it. CVL comes in and out quickly, sometimes getting taken out right when he hits a shot. Shooters are streaky and the kid can shoot. If u can't see that I don't know what to tell you.

Not sure he's quite that athletic. ;)

CVL is a fine player and by all accounts a great kid. He should be playing at Missouri State.

I would be ok giving KA a 3rd year. I like the group of freshmen. There's 3 guys that can be double figure scorers.
The incoming class has 2 guys that can be instant contributors in Jackson & Barnett.
But the leadership that brought him in is no longer in place. So MR may want to move on.

Jackson had 18 & 18 tonight. His last game came against HP & their McDonalds all-American were he had 21 & 19.

You are an idiot. Haith is without a doubt the worst coach EVER at Mizzou. A complete loser who cheats. He doesn't teach shite and leaves schools when the NCAA comes a calling
