Agreed, was telling a Tennessee fan that if a coach doesn't work out then I would much rather him be a great recruiter/ poor coach as opposed to one that is a great coach/ poor recruiter. Not that I think Butch is "poor" in the coaching department.

This is what worries me a little when it comes to Bert. I think he does a great job getting in the type of kids that work well with his system and most are just great kids in general. He also does a great job developing them. It will be a tough transition if Bert leaves in a couple of years though.
