Every SEC state has good places to live, except Mississippi. Even the best places in Mississippi(Madison, Ocean Springs, Oxford), still kinda suck.
I'v never been to Atlanta, could anybody compare it to Dallas for me? Is it similar to Dallas at all? Which is better?

Maybe, but they are high on my list with the close proximity to New Orleans and Memphis.
