1. Missouri
2. Tennessee
3. Arkansas
4. Kentucky
5. Florida
6. South Carolina
7. Texas
8. Georgia
9. Louisiana
10. Alabama
11. Mississippi
ETA: I just realized that my top 5 are the least-southern states in the SEC, and my bottom 6 are the more-southern states. I guess it makes perfect sense since the south blows.
