That article is from October, it'd be nice if you could link something more recent but I don't think you can. I also think you lack some reading comprehension skills, that article says that nobody on staff gave a timetable for return, just an optimistic viewpoint being that perhaps he can return by summer camp.

I would like to point out that there was a video put out in April of Todd Gurley running full speed on a treadmill and he didn't play in a game until the last week of September and even then only took a handful of carries. It's okay to be optimistic about Chubb bc he is superhuman, but its a little ridiculous to try to guarantee he'll be 100% in August.

I don't lack anything, I know exactly what I'm talking about.

Todd Gurley had a worse injury, and was back in late September. Chubb was hurt roughly 6 weeks earlier. Just based off that Chubb would be good by the first game. Combine that the fact that it's a lesser injury and Chubb is an absolute freak, it equals him being back by the first game.

Is it really so hard to believe that I, a recent UGA graduate with lots of friends still in school, know an assistant trainer?? It's not like I'm up in here claiming Kirby Smart is my uncle or something.

The Rams also came out and said shortly after they drafted him that he would not be playing in the first 4 weeks or so. Haven't heard anything like that from UGA.

Some guys recover faster than others. Only time will tell.
