Those numbers look super inflated. For LSU/Bama in NOLA in 2011, there were tons of tix for $700-$1000 per seat.

We payed 2300 a piece for 10.

Yes, but tickets being sold before game time are not going to be included. It's just the transaction price for tickets purchased on their website I would guess.

The Auburn-Oregon game was infamous because it was one of the few times in history that Stubhub pulled all tickets for a game on its website due to certain high profile brokers admitting they did not have enough tickets to meet the demand they had advertised. Stubhub was going around offering fans twice the price they paid if they would sell them back to stubhub so they could fulfill orders.
