Exactly. That was the point I was trying to show. Nobody goes to the rim more than him. And looking at traditional shot attempts stats to FT shots will not explain that fully.
Same goes for the "drive" stat that some of these guards justify their calls off of.
He just does not get the calls....

The wording from the developer letter leads me to believe that Vincent and possibly Cid if he is introduced will just be guest characters like Red was in part 1.

Yes. You won't pick your stat increases in these games.
There are some games like 9 that have a bit of a gimmick to them. (in 9 the gear you have equipped can effect what stats increase, I kind of hope this is removed in the remake)
