If you want something cheap but is good....pork steak! They are nothing like a pork chop.... rub some olive oil on them and I put rendezvous rub on them. They are a steak cut out of a pork butt.

Yeah, those are good and cheap too. I salt and seasoned pepper them overnight then pan fry in a cast iron skillet with olive oil and butter.
