The guy I am talking about was at Pensacola,was being helped to get ready for buds by a older sailor. When he left for Coronado he came by my house and picked up my daughter to go with him. They lived on Longbeach within sight of Mexico. They have been married for 17 years. He went through buds and rolled one time because of shin splints. And he told me the worst part is the cold.

AOCS used to be at Pensacola until 2005 or so. I was a DI for 1 tour there. He may be talking about that but that's for pilots and not frogmen.
