Hearing we landed this 317 pound behemoth, from several sources.

Anyone have a link?

So I wonder if this means Odom is transitioning away from the flat belly, zone blocking OLine to a mauler OLine?

Nah, just pinned at the top of this board.

No worries. Looks like Odomination is going to include a lot more power and heavy sets than we've seen in the past. I like it:

So that's a flip, and a 4 star in just a few days.

Curious if Odie already has his team assembled (OC/DC)

Dave Matter was on 920 today and expects some announcements very soon.

Also hinted he thinks the OC will be Heupel.

Heupel wasn't my top choice. But he was in my top 3. I think it's a solid hire.

Still not real fired up about him, but I'll give BO the benefit of the doubt.

Heupel has a championship, and experience.

Being Odie is a rookie HC, with limited experience.... I for one am glad they brought in someone like Heupel

How good of a play caller is Heupel, because Mizzou doesn't have the type of athletes on offense that Oklahoma did when their offenses where scoring big time on the defenseless B12 defenses. Wasn't Utah St. scoring down from their previous year under him?

Heupel's NC was as a player. Like I said, I'm not totally against it I just really don't like the fact that in his 1 year at Utah St the offense wasn't particularly good.

I'm really surprised Odom is not targeting someone with more of a pro style background. Seems they are recruiting for that system more than a wide open spread.

i wonder if Simms puts us in better position in the Jeff Thomas sweepstakes. ESL has always produced great talent and its good to see Odom has kept things rolling. Keeping Cornell Ford surely didn't hurt. Coaches in the area love him.
