I thought Obama being presidential, would improve our race relations in this country but it seems worse. The fact is, there are people in every race that are intellectually lacking but the best way to solve it, is in your own life and how you raise your kids. There are no colors when you treat everyone like you would want to be treated. Calling people morons doesn't help anything. Johnny Football, Cam and Famous Jameis were stars. Do you think one got more unfair judgement than the other because of race? If you think so, you're part of the problem, not the solution. We just need to love each other, and respect everyone for who they are individually.

If you really thought this, you are living in a fantasy world.

The idea of no racism is a wonderful thing for all things living on earth but in reality, it is a pipe dream. People will always dislike people who are different. Period

If you believe a black, white, woman, arab, hillbilly, asian (sorry Jones) leader is going to smooth over racial tension, you are going to be disappointed.

As much as we want things to be on a level playing field, it more than likely will never be. People and animals for the most part will always dislike ones who are different.

Obama being elected just divided people more than ever. There is no rational anymore. Its just ridiculous.

That's because Obama is a race baiter, not a race healer. All he does is talk about things that divide people, whether it be race, religion, or sexuality. And when you put that gap into the public consciousness enough then it's going to manifest itself. You can't beat that stuff by dwelling on it. The only way to beat it is to just live your life and do your own thing and respect everybody you come across and don't worry about them if they aren't hurting you or yours. But instead of that, since Obama has been in office I feel genuinely hated by a lot of people just for being white, Christian and a southern man.
