Sullivan is announcing Friday and is an early enrollee. What are LSU fans hearing?

Mullen had his in home visit last night and signs are pointing to State leading at this point. His he a take for LSU?

1000 percent a take. LSU never wanted him to de-commit. 247 insiders seem to think LSU has put them right back in it and that he's warming back up to being at LSU. Certainly no lock for any team. I'd be surprised if he switched to state, though. LSU and TCU are mainly in it because he has family ties to both areas.

Nobody knows who leads. All of our experts are saying he is leaning to LSU just like MSU and TCU thinks he is leaning to their school.

Latest Interview

"My mind is still completely up in the air. But if I had to put them in order it would be Mississippi State No. 1, TCU No. 2 and LSU No. 3. And like I said, Mississippi State has a need for big receivers and I am a big receiver."

I have to admit I had no idea State was even in it so I am guessing he is all LSU

No for real I don't think anyone has a grasp on where he will end up.

Seriously never even heard of State in this race. It had been TCU/LSU for a long time.

Based on this you guys just got the death penalty. Probably worst case scenario for him to name you guys the leader the same week he announces.

Agreed. I thought it was a long shot as well but apparently we are selling him on being DeRunnya's replacement and playing early.

Yeah that's surprising. Granted, he is talking to Miss State people in that interview. It has supposedly been TCU/LSU this entire time. At this point, it's a toss up.

Someone's going to get a really good WR.

I would assume he will be. I think LSU would be the worse choice for being a WR at the moment but it is nice to see kids stay in state.

Hate to say it but I agree. We are deep at WR and have a horrible passing offense

We are deep at WR. However we aren't deep at WR's who are 6'6" 220 lbs. We are selling the same thing State is selling so you have no lead there.

Have no idea where he's going but there will always be room for a receiver with his size in any of our classes.

I'm not saying he won't pick State, but the odds are not in your favor. I'm gonna need more than an interview directly after a visit. Once they get home and start going over things with family, things change dramatically. The high of the visit fades, and they realize that they shouldn't make such a snap judgement on their future.

A visit? You realize it was just an in-home visit with our coaches. He took an official visit to LSU Friday-Sunday. If anything, he should still be on his "LSU high" but they were 3rd.....

In that case I'd put his having State as his #1 at close to 0%. Sounds like he's trying to build suspense for picking TCU with State being the object of focus/patsy.

I was around him for a couple hours for the TCU/Baylor game. Everything I saw would lead me to believe he's TCU bound. Miserable conditions and he was cutting up with staff and other recruits the entire time. Literally sat a foot away from me during the game. I think MSU is just a suspense decoy.
