During the SECCG pregame we heard Bert say he was going to eat a salad instead of a hot dog because his wife was watching. Jen made him commit to a an official diet program. To chart his progress, Bert got on the scales and weighed in at 425 pounds. He said Jen made him get rid of all the junk food in the house, but as a consolation she let him keep the sugar bowl for his coffee in the morning.

Not sure if serious, but if so, not surprising

There's only 16 calories In a teaspoon of sugar. It always cracks me up when people use artificial sweeteners in coffee cause they have zero calories. Of course a ham planet like Bert probably puts a half a cup of sugar in his coffee.

This is the 4th post I've read about Bert's new diet and the 25th time I've imagined poor Jen being crushed during sex.

it's that bowl we used to have to go to and play bama or some no name team, if we didn't win the SWC and get to go to the cotton
and there's this Arkansas has been to the sugar bowl more times than Auburn

Down to 425 already? Looks like that diet is working wonders for him.

Bama and Arkansas know what it is bc we've both played tOSU there recently. tOSU only walked away with a win one of those times. Any guess which time that was?

Artificial sweeteners aren't exactly good for you, but people are more concerned about how much sugar is in sugar, not how many calories are in sugar. At least, the people who aren't morons are more concerned about sugar intake than calorie intake.
