He's one of the top defensive coaches in the game. If he can bring in some good offensive coaches than this will be a good to great hire.

There could be worse hires, for sure. Like some of the names floated around last week. But this isn't what I'd hoped for, I'll admit.
Since it's done, now the thing is to hire the absolute best coordinators we can find. No expense spared. Clean house on offense, tonight. And get the coordinators hired fast so they can start recruiting. NOW.
