Just like with the Alabama fans that made the Katrina sign, this guy is definitely not a representative of LSU or their LSU fanbase as a whole.
But Alabama fans are not the only ones doing it. There is good shite talking and there is what this guy and the guys with the sign do, which is just uncalled for.

I wasn't offended by the Bama sign, I just thought it was dumb.
1. How little social awareness do you have to have to think that sign would be a good idea?
