NCAA is a lot of things. Fast is not one of them.

They will be on this kind of issue. Once the appeal is heard their decision should be released the day of of after. We'll know in about 2 weeks

That we can agree on. Counting on the NCAA to act swiftly on a suspension has no legal precedent... In the end, none of this will probably help Will, maybe someone else, but it will probably clarify the use and what is a banned substance.
