Ole Miss would be 2-1 against the others in the tiebreaker in that scenario.
We know. Once Bama and LSU are eliminated it goes back to head to head which Arkansas would own over OM. As improbable as the scenerio is, it is 100 % accurate. Arkansas would play for a title at 8-4 over 10-2 LSU.
The corndog melt would be glorious

I thought the tiebreaker then goes to record vs. the division, which we would win.

All in all I like as many teams as possible still having "a chance". however it be so slight.

2 of those teams haven't scored a point on us in almost two years
Somehow you winning last year now equals two years? Um, what kind of math are you using to round up over a year?
Posted on 11/4/15 at 1:02 pm to Pigfeet
Vanderbilt's odds of making it to Atlanta > Arkansas's odds of making it to Atlanta.
Posted on 11/4/15 at 1:03 pm to Pigfeet
The least likely part of that whole scenario are the Arkansas wins. All the rest could happen.

The Razorbacks shut out LSU last year and can beat them in Baton Rouge, where four of the last six meetings have been decided by four points or less — including two overtime games.
Arkansas has exactly ONE win in Baton Rouge since the Curley Hallman era.

When's the last time Ole Miss scored against Arkansas?
Posted on 11/4/15 at 1:23 pm to Pigfeet
I realize that this is how the tiebreaker system theoretically works. But wouldn't someone smart at the SEC step in and say, "Hell no, we're not letting this shitty Arkansas team go to the SECG, and then just replace them with LSU or Alabama?

I'm selling my tickets to Atlanta if any pigs want to buy them......

so you think bert can win 4/4 sec games when he has won 4 the past three seasons?
He's won 4 of his last 7. It's not probable but possible.
