HD TV and nearly every Power 5 game available to watch on cable/direcTV/FIOS/U-Verse, etc.
The viewership experience is simply better and cheaper when staying at home than watching in person. Cheaper and better food, no bathroom lines, and you can drink as much as you want during the course of the game.
