You're not getting in without the SEC title. That's the end of the conversation. Fate was sealed when Saban sold his soul to get to the 2011 NCG. Never again buddy.

Da Fuq? Name them

At the time the game was played, Georgia, A&M, and LSU. The committee has empasized that it uses the ranking/reputation of the team at that time, not at the end of the year. Very important to understand this issue.

False. The committee doesn't care what happened in the past. That might as well have happened in another universe.

The only 1 loss team who could be ahead of Bama at the end is a 1-loss SEC Champion Florida, who gets in by winning the conference with one loss.

If Michigan State somehow upsets Ohio State, Ohio State will not drop no further than the #5 spot...thus knocking out a 1 loss SEC team, even possibly a 1 loss SEC Championship team. Jmo

I think it's more important to know you made this up or heard wrong.

Let's say UGA and aTm go winless the rest of the season. Does that mean Bama beat 2 top 10 teams? It will come down to SoS at the end of the season regardless of what you think you heard. There is 0 logic in what you are suggesting.

If Ole Miss wins The SEC, the only conference team with a slight chance would be them....so likely no one gets in.

Uh if the Bears win out, including a win over Florida in the SECCG, the Bears will go to the Playoof over Bama or no one from the SEC will go to the playoff.

If you cannot win your own conference, you do not deserve a playoff spot.

Did anybody mention that a 1-loss Bama is not possible after 11/7?

Ohio State will fall like a rock, as will Baylor, if they lose due to their pathetically horrendous SOS.

Unfortunately, many of you are still thinking it's BCS times. The committee functions very differently.

Asinine logic in a CFB with this much competitive parity... and DISparity in SOS.

Ole Miss does not have a chance to make the CFB playoffs, unless there are less than 4 total Power 5 teams with 0 or 1 losses.

Ole Miss has already been eliminated.

Keep in mind, the committee has emphasized that strength of schedule is determined by ranking when the game was played, not at the end of the season.

LMAO....no they haven't. This would be retarded if that were the case.

Auburn was a pre-season top 5 or so......

also...I read where you were bragging about beating 3 top 10 teams....LMAO....of course you would throw this bogus comment about where they were ranked AT TIME OF GAME. You did this because you know, like I do, that those two big top 10 teams of Georgia and A&M.....will be nowhere near the top 25 when the season is said and done...you know it and I know it....thus your statement....lmao.

The committee members are specifically forbidden by rule from using any preseason poll, meaning any poll "established prior to competition starting" as a criteria.

I'm only relaying what was reported by all sports media outlets in the offseason regarding how the Committee has been instructed to determine strength of schedule. The are specifically instructed to evaluate the quality of a win by the evaluation/opinion, either their own or based on a transparent and reputable poll, of the teams playing as of that moment.

You wish we were, but you haven't thought it through enough. Try again another time, champ.
