I had to call them 3 times and finally just went off them. Their tech support agents don’t know shite and absolutely wouldn’t help. Magically corrected itself the next day after the 3rd call. Still signing in under suddenlink.

Let me also say this: while analytics should definitely be a driving force in decision making, coaches still need to act on their hunches when they feel it.
