Honestly, this could be good for the offense. Luck and Mauk can now officially rotate. At first I didn't like it because Lock couldn't get adjusted/ready with such little time.

I don't think its good at all. This year is fricked already, but you now go into next year with a full blown QB controversy.

If Lock won't then neither will Mauk.
In fact, our offense is so fricked at this point I don't think it matters who the QB is.
I'd Pinkel was smart the Mauk would come back as the backup with the hopes he transfers out.

Like Pinkel said, practice will determine. Prior to all this mess Lock could have outplayed Mauk and Mauk would still get the greater PT.

Lock had his chance to put a lockdown on the position and couldn't do it, but I still think the best thing moving forward is committing to the future.

Last I checked, as you said, Lock had a chance to hehe"lock"hehe up the starting spot and didn't.

If Mauk comes back, starts, and plays well is there a chance we redshirt Lock next season?
