The Chief.
Would it be the worst thing in the world to give Chavis the HC job? If anyone deserves one it is him. Any place with the chief running the show would be focused on defense and the defensive recruits would come here to play for him just like they are considering doing now. The years of a stout defense and a home field advantage would come back. Don't crucify me for this guys, it's just a thought.

I would hire Tom Herman tonight if I could.
That motherfricker doesn't need anyone else to prop him up, HS goes out there and just coaches pure Xs and Os.
