Interesting to hear the huge emphasis on TEAM. We go to Ole Miss as a Team not a bunch of individuals. I like it

I wasn't looking at as unique. I just was looking at it in light of last year. He made a point that the quickest way to not achieve goals was to fracture with in the team. First I had heard it used from our staff.
