A&M has beaten exactly 1 team that finished with a winning record in SEC play. That was Alabama in 2012.
In 2012, A&M went 6-2 in the SEC. Those 6 wins came against teams that finished 18-30 in SEC play, while their 2 losses came against teams that were 13-3.
In 2013, A&M went 4-4 in the SEC. Those 4 wins came against teams that finished 10-22 in SEC play, while their 4 losses came against teams that were 26-6.
In 2014, A&M went 3-5 in the SEC. Those 3 wins came against teams that finished 9-15 in SEC play, while their 5 losses came against teams that were 29-11.
In 2015, A&M is 2-1 in the SEC. Those 2 wins have comes against teams that are currently 2-4, while their loss is to a team that is 3-1.
Conference record of teams Sumlin has beaten in the SEC 39-71. Conference record of teams Sumlin has lost to 71-21.
Not only do they fabricate championships for their stadium wall, but they completely fabricate stories about recruits that visited.

What's embarrassing? He claims that came from a recruit, but he has provided no link. Just link his Twitter, why don't you? When I search his Twitter account, I see no evidence of this supposed tweet.
